1. Service-Based Nature of Our Work

Our services involve professional consultation, trademark research, document preparation, application drafting, filing assistance, and related administrative work. Due to the time and resources invested in these services, refunds are subject to the status of work completed on your order.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• • Duplicate payments were made in error.

Any approved refund may be subject to administrative and processing fees.

• • A trademark application is refused, rejected, suspended, opposed, abandoned, or otherwise affected by a decision of the trademark office.
• • Delays caused by government agencies, trademark offices, or third-party service providers.
• • The client changes their mind after work has commenced.

4. No Guarantee of Registration

As a result, refunds will not be issued based on:

• • Trademark refusal or rejection.
• • Office actions issued by the trademark office.
• • Opposition proceedings.
• • Registration delays.
• • Any decision made by a government agency or trademark authority.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services by contacting our support team in writing.

If work has not yet begun, a full or partial refund may be considered. If work has already commenced, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the stage of completion and services already rendered.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's payment provider, bank, or credit card company.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback after services have been rendered may result in the suspension of ongoing services and the submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor.
